Other eligibility criteria are:

• Employed for a minimum of six months consecutively at time
  of application
• Training must be for in-demand occupations:
  Manufacturing
  Health Care Services
  Agriculture
  Transportation and Warehousing

  Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
